I am starting my Christmas baking today. My list is long and filled with traditional Danish Christmas cookies such as vanilla wreaths, ginger nuts, 'brune kager' (which is a kind of gingerbread cookies) and a Scandinavian specialty called 'klejner'. I enjoy baking, so doing my own Christmas baking is something I always look forward to...and so do my friends and family!!!
